The breakfast was high quality. i loved the location in the heart of the ghetto, what a find. the staff were well trained. They seemed eager to meet every need. breakfast products were high quality indeed. I enjoyed them a lot!

the location was excellent, right in the heart of the area. kosher restaurants were just steps away. the hotel decor was fine!!! the staff were very friendly and polite.

The staff was cute. breakfast was a highlight, with a wide array of delicious choices. i particularly appreciated the location. Most major attractions were within easy walking distance. i would consider staying again.
the lighting in the room at night wasn't perfect. blackout curtains could improve the experience.

the reception staff offered assistance with directions and reservations. they provided prompt responses to requests. giulia was mentioned for her really good service during breakfast, she was very friendly. the care was amazing .

the hotel is situated in a pedestrian zone near the jewish quarter. this location is very convenient for reaching various attractions by foot. i found many restaurants nearby. it was easy to get around.

the breakfast buffet featured fresh and varied options. the hotel makes coffee with a proper espresso machine not from an automatic one. i observed many healthy choices. it was tasty and fresh.
